Shipping & Returns

General Terms:

Savvy Kitchen Finds reserves the right to update these policies as necessary. Any updates will be published on www.savvykitchenfinds.com and will take immediate effect upon publication. By continuing to use Savvy Kitchen Finds' services, all buyers and suppliers acknowledge and accept the updated policies. If you do not receive the policies, you forfeit the right to use Savvy Kitchen Finds' services.

Each supplier must publish their own Return & Refund Policy on the product detail page. In the event of a conflict between the supplier's policy and Savvy Kitchen Finds’ policy, Savvy Kitchen Finds’ policy shall prevail.

1. After-Sales Requests

Buyers must submit a return or refund request within 15 days of the delivery date. Exceptions apply to suppliers with an extended after-sales period that Savvy Kitchen Finds has approved. Requests submitted after this timeframe may be rejected.

2. Cancellations Before Shipping

Buyers may request cancellation before an order ships by:

  • Clicking the "Request Refund" button in their Buyer Center, or
  • Contacting Savvy Kitchen Finds Customer Service.

Some suppliers may not allow cancellations before shipping. The supplier must respond to cancellation requests within 3 business days, accepting or rejecting them.

3. Supplier Stock Shortages or Delays

If a supplier cannot fulfill an order within the specified processing time due to a lack of stock or other unforeseen circumstances, they have the right to cancel and refund the order.

4. Damaged or Broken Goods

If the buyer provides clear evidence (e.g., photos or video) that an item arrived damaged or broken:

  • The supplier must provide a prepaid return label within 3 business days.
  • The refund will be processed once the return is marked as "in transit" via the tracking number.

5. Non-Defective Remorse Returns

Suppliers are not obligated to accept returns. If accepted:

  • A restocking and repacking fee may be deducted.
  • This deduction must not exceed 35% of the order’s total price.

6. Warranties

Suppliers are not required to provide warranties. If a warranty is offered, the method of handling it must be stated in the product description.

7. Refund and Redelivery Processing Times

  • Refunds must be processed within 3 business days of approval.
  • Redelivery must occur within 5 business days of approval.

8. Buyer Responsibilities for Evidence

Buyers must provide convincing evidence within the allowed period. Failure to do so may result in the request being denied.

Savvy Kitchen Finds will determine whether the evidence is sufficient. This decision is final.

9. Order Status Scenarios

Unshipped Orders:

  • If a refund is requested after the processing time expires, Savvy Kitchen Finds will issue a refund.
  • If a refund is requested within the processing time, the Supplier has 3 business days to respond. If no response, Savvy Kitchen Finds will issue a refund.

Shipped Orders:

  • The supplier must respond within 10 business days of receiving the refund request. If no response is received, Savvy Kitchen Finds will issue a refund.

Goods Returned in Transit:

  • Refund must be processed within 3 business days.
  • Redelivery must be initiated within 5 business days.

Goods Destroyed in Transit:

  • If verified with logistics proof (e.g., screenshot), refund or redelivery must occur within 3 or 5 business days, respectively.

Incorrect Receipt Information by Buyer:

  • If not yet shipped: The supplier may update the order information (not guaranteed).
  • If already shipped: Buyer must contact the logistics company directly.
  • If returned and received in good condition, the Supplier must refund or redeliver.
  • Buyer bears all return and redelivery shipping costs.

Defective Products:

  • Buyers must submit photo or video proof.
  • Supplier or Savvy Kitchen Finds must verify evidence within 3 business days.
  • If valid: The supplier provides a return label or issues a refund or redelivery.
  • If redelivery is not possible due to stock shortages, the buyer may reorder when the item is restocked.

10. Logistics Issues

Invalid Tracking Number:

  • If not corrected within 4 business days, Savvy Kitchen Finds will refund the order.

Tracking Not Updated:

  • If stagnant for 7 business days, the refund must be processed.

Shipping Delay (10+ days):

  • If no valid tracking updates, the supplier must refund within 3 business days.

Force Majeure Clause: These conditions do not apply during holidays, pandemics, severe weather, or extraordinary events.

11. Exceptional Situations

During special circumstances (e.g., COVID-19, holidays, weather events), buyers may:

  • Contact suppliers via "Contact Message" in their account
  • Or reach out via the "Contact Us" page

Savvy Kitchen Finds will assist and make a decision within 14 calendar days.

12. Dispute Resolution

If buyers are dissatisfied with the resolution provided by the supplier, they must file a dispute through Savvy Kitchen Finds for further review.

13. Platform Role Disclaimer

Savvy Kitchen Finds acts as a neutral e-commerce platform. It is not the seller of record and does not take ownership of goods. The platform facilitates communication and payment but is not legally responsible for product quality, delivery, or refund outcomes.

If Savvy Kitchen Finds issues a refund on behalf of the supplier, it retains the right to recover those funds from the supplier.

14. Governing Law

These policies shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
